The Kepong Estate Development of an area of 588 hectares comprises 16,617 units of mixed housing, commercial and industrial units, to be developed over a span of twenty years. The plan estimated a demand of 33 MW and a telephone/telex requirement of 21,000 lines. To cope with infrastructural demands, it is recommended to plan for two major substations at 132/33/11 kV and 33/11kV and a telephone exchange. In addition, the study estimated a requirement of 117 distribution substations.
The cost of implementation of the complete electrical distribution and telephone infrastructure was estimated at over RM27 million and RM7 million respectively. The Company was involved in the planning and designing the complete electrical distribution and telephone infrastructure.

The township is located north of Shah Alam bordering Taman Cahaya Sri Alam, the national Agriculture Park at Bukit Cerakah. The mixed residential, industrial and commercial township development covers an area of 2,000 acres. As part of the overall infrastructure work, the water supply system (including two reinforced concrete reservoirs) were designed and supervised by the Company. Due to its size and time for development, a number of independent sewerage networks and mechanised treatment are used.

The project is a new town development consisting of mixed residential houses, industrial buildings, commercial areas and government buildings covering an area of 268 acres. Infrastructure development includes main artery road and service roads, drainage, water supply and central sewerage system.
The Town Centre is complete with Shoplots, Mosque, Market, Health Clinic and School.

KTA Tenaga has undertaken the following parks and gardens projects.
Civil and structural, mechanical and electrical design of the Putrajaya Botanic Gardens which cover an overall area of 224 acres. The project involves the construction of various buildings, lakeside boardwalk, promenade gardens, landscaping and nursery. The overall budgeted cost is RM150 millions.
