The project which is located in Gurun, Kedah has three main manufacturing and assembly buildings with a total built-up area of about 700,000 sq. ft. Block A houses the manufacturing section of motorcycle body parts i.e. cutting, pressing and welding section and also electroplating and oven baked spray painting section. Block B houses the engine parts machining and manufacturing section and the engine assembly section whilst Block C houses the final assembly line of motorcycles and inspection before they are ready for delivery.

The second and third stages of the Gas Processing Plant, GPP II & III, and expansion project for Petronas Gas Sdn Bhd in Kertih, Terengganu, had been planned to produce a base load fuel gas supply to the main consumers with a maximum sales gas production capacity of 7.0 million standard cubic metres per day (250MMSCFD). The addition of the two trains increases the total GPP capacity to 21 million standard cubic metres per day(750MMSCFD). The other products of ethane, propane and butane gas will be exported or used by downstream petrochemical plants.
The plant design includes facilities such as feed pretreatment, acid gas removal unit, dehydration unit, cascade refrigeration, demethanizer and deethanizer, product recovery unit, compression facilities, storage and other off-site utilities. The scope also includes the expansion, which comprised mainly engineering work for refrigeration facilities and utilities to receive increased volume of propane and butane from the plant.

The Centralised Utility Facilities (CUF) project is a centrally located facility that supplies a range of utility requirements for future integrated petrochemical complex in Kerteh and Gebeng. The utilities like electricity, demineralised water and gases will be supplied to the nearby aromatic, ethylene derivative and ammonia syngas plants.
The Ammonia Syngas Plant is built adjacent to the CUF. The plant is expected to produce 700 metric tonnes carbon monoxide a day, 204 metric tonnes oxogas a day and 1350 metric tonnes ammonia a day.
