Genting Highlands Resort Complex

Client : Resorts World Berhad

The Genting Highlands Resort is located 2,000 meters above sea-level about 60km from Kuala Lumpur. The complex consists of chain of hotels of international class, with a total of 3,000 rooms, casino, multiple international restaurants, bowling alleys, convention centers, theaters, indoor & outdoor theme parks, staff quarters with more than 3,5000 rooms, cable car terminals and many other recreational facilities.

Services Provided:
  • 1970 - 1984 - Detailed engineering for civil works, foundations, building structures, mechanical and electrical systems and construction supervision.
  • 1985 to date - Detailed engineering design, contract administration for site supervision for mechanical system inclusive of air conditioning system, mechanical ventilation, fire protection, cold & hot water and sanitary, plumbing, heating system and water filtration & water treatment for pools and fountains, lift & escalator installation.
  • Hotels involved are Theme Park Hotel, Resort Hotel, Genting Hotel, Highland Hotel as well as the 6,200 room First World Hotel.

 

Nikko Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

Client : MTJ Development Sdn Bhd
The project consists of one block of 30 storey hotel building with 480 guest rooms including the following facilities:
  • five (5) basement car parks
  • restaurants, retails shops, ballrooms, banquet hall, swimming pool, health centre, etc.
Services Provided:

  • Mechanical and electrical building services include: ACMV, fire fighting, steam boiler, BMS, electrical, MATV, CCTV and lift.

  • Conceptual and schematic design, design development, preparation of tender drawings, specification, construction supervision & quality control and testing & commissioning.

 

Awana Kijal Beach Resort, Terengganu

Client : Kijal Resort Sdn Bhd

The resort is located in Mukim Kijal, Daerah Kemaman, Terengganu.  It comprises 24 units of 2-storey shop, 338 units of Condominium and 6-storey 300 rooms hotel complete with one basement.

Serendah Golf Resort

Client : MK Associates Sdn Bhd
The project covering an are of 629 acres is situated along the Ipoh to Kuala Lumpur trunk road, 38km north of Kuala Lumpur. The development comprises of :
  • an 18 hole international standard golf course with club house, driving range and maintenance building
  • a resort centre with swimming pools and other recreational facilities
  • a service centre with surau, restaurant, handicraft and tourist centre
  • bungalows and apartments
  • hotels and private institutions
  • bungalow housing lots
Services Provided:
  • Overall infrastructure design which includes earthworks, roads, drainage, water supply, sewerage treatment and irrigation for the golf course.
  • Detailed engineering design for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical works including project supervision.

 

Sri Penaga Condominium

Client : Bandar Raya Development Bhd
The 304 units condominium consisting of 2 blocks of 24 storey building, 1 block of 7 1/2 storey building and 1 block of 4-storey building for car parks is located at the junction of Jalan Maarof and Jalan Penaga in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

It will have a swimming pool, a club house, recreational facilities and a centralized LPG supply system.
