The Cardio Thoracic Centre consists of a 5 storey modern Hospital with 29,000m2 built up area having a total of 300 beds structured with 75% for 3rd Class, 25% for 1st and 2nd Class Unit Coronary Unit, Non-Invasive Cardiac laboratory, Invasive Cardiac laboratory, Radiology, 4 nos modern operation Theatres and other supporting facilities.

Services Provided: Complete Mechanical & Electrical building services, hospital equipment, gas system for the entire centre including Design & Contract Supervision.

 

Subang Medical Centre, Subang Jaya

Client : Subang Jaya Medical Centre.
The Subang Jaya Medical Centre phases of development:

  • Phase I - 8-storey block was constructed and  completed in 1983.  It was equipped with many modern facilities, operating theatres and 250 beds.

  • Phase II  - 7-storey outpatient block was constructed and was completed towards the end of 1992.

  • Phase III  -  8-storey nursing block and a 4-storey car park completed in 1996.

Putrajaya Hospital

Client : IJM Corporation Bhd
The Hospital acts as a centre of excellence offering secondary care services to the population of Putrajaya Federal Administrative Centre and its immediate surrounding areas, to cater for 500 patients per day. It has 300 beds extendable to 500 beds by year 2010.

The hospital will be equipped with the latest information technology system in line with the aspiration of the Multimedia Super Corridor.

Services Provided: Mechanical and electrical engineering services.

 

620 bedded Sungai Buloh Hospital

Client : Tunas Selatan Consortium Sdn Bhd
The Sungai Buloh Hospital will be located at the site where present National Leprosy Centre is located.  The Hospital Complex comprises of :

  • Sungai Buloh Hospital   -   620 beds

  • College  -  3000 students

  • Blocks of apartments  -   3000 staff

Services Provided: Detail civil, structure, mechanical and electrical engineering design and site supervision

 

Sungai Petani Hospital

Client : THUB-BDB JV
The Sungai Petani Hospital is located in Bandar Aman Jaya, Sungai Petani, Kedah.  The Hospital Complex comprises of :

  • Sungai Petani Hospital  -  498 beds

  • Nurses College & Hostel   -  3000 students

The hospital covers an area of 40 acres.  Each of the above are provided with management support services and staff accommodation.
