Services Provided: Mechanical & Electrical Building Services include: ACMV, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, BMS, Electrical, CCTV, MATV and Lift.

 

Putra World Trade Centre, Kuala Lumpur

Client : Perkhidmat Bersatu Sdn Bhd
The Putra World Trade Centre consists of a 40-storey modern office tower building and an international sized exhibition area.

Other facilities include: A multi purpose hall of 4,000 persons capacity, two large meeting rooms of 1,000 persons capacity each and twelve other smaller meeting rooms of 50 persons capacity each. It serves as an international conference centre in South East Asia.

Services Provided: Mechanical and electrical services for the entire complex including design and contract supervision.

 

PETRONAS Twin Towers and Suria KLCC at Kuala Lumpur City Centre

Client : Kuala Lumpur City Centre Bhd

The north west development which constitutes the first of the Kuala Lumpur City Centre Project comprises the 88-storey Petronas twin towers each of 200,000m2 ft. of gross floor area, an 864 seating capacity concert hall in the podium link of the twin towers, a six-storey podium retail, shopping complex and entertainment centre of 140,000m2 and four levels of basement car park of 5,000 bays.

Services Provided: Conceptual and schematic design, design development, preparation of tender drawings and specifications, construction supervision and inspection of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and fire alarm services.

 

Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre

Client : Sunway Construction Bhd

The Convention and Exhibition Centre at KLCC provides international standard convention and exhibition facilities in Kuala Lumpur comprises 20,000m2 exhibition; 2 ballrooms each 1,250m2; 760m2 banquet hall; 500 seats auditorium; 3,000 seats plenary hall and 21 meeting rooms varying from 500m2 to 1,000m2 totaling 4,000m2.

Services Provided: Mechanical engineering services.

 

Shah Alam City Centre Development

Client : Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor

The Phase 1 development comprises of 6 floors shopping centre with multi level and basement carparks. Future development includes office block and hotel. The total built up is approximately 240,000 m2 with the completion of all the phases.

Services Provided: Design and supervision of civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering works.
