Today, KTA Tenaga has a total staff strength of over 200 personnel with qualified and experienced engineers in mechanical, electrical, environmental, civil and structural engineering. The Company's uncompromising commitment towards professional services ensures clients' success in projects of every magnitude and complexity. We will continue to provide professional services in specialised areas such as power, energy, plant, environment including the traditional areas of building services, infrastructure, civil and structural engineering.
History
KTA Tenaga Sdn Bhd was established in January 1993, as a result of an equal merger between two Malaysian engineering consultancy firms viz. Kumarasivam, Tan & Ariffin Sdn Bhd and Tenaga Ewbank Preece (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. It is a wholly Malaysian owned Company with majority bumiputra shareholding.

KTA Tenaga Sdn Bhd is a professional engineering corporate body registered with:
- Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM) to practise as Consulting Engineers in the Electrical, Mechanical and Civil/Structural engineering disciplines
- Panel Member of the Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia (ACEM).
